Late return: A configurable daily late fee applies after the stated grace period. 5. Lost book: A lost copy may be charged at reasonable replacement cost after adjusting the deposit. 6. Damaged book: Missing pages, water damage, writing, torn binding or other damage beyond normal use may attract repair or replacement charges. 7. Condition verification: The condition is recorded at issue and checked again at return; users may report a discrepancy promptly. 8. Extension: Renewal is subject to plan limits, availability and approval before the due date. 9. Cancellation: A pending request may be cancelled before allocation; completed delivery expenses may be non-refundable. 10. Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original method or recorded account within the communicated timeline. 11. Delivery and pickup: The user must provide accurate contact and collection details and be available at the agreed place and time. 12. User responsibility: The renter must keep the book safe and must not sublet or commercially reproduce it. 13. Support and disputes: Contact EvolveGit support with the request number; unresolved concerns follow the published grievance process.
